Division Arms does allow firearm transfers. An FFL dealer must ship firearms; all transfers are subject to a 4473 Form. You must either have a North Carolina Valid Concealed Carry Weapons Permit and/or be subject to passing a NICS FBI background check in-store to obtain your transferred firearm. There is a $35 transfer fee that is non-refundable if your background check does not pass. If you do not pass the required NICS FBI background check or 4473 Form qualifications your firearm then becomes property of Division Arms, you do not receive a refund from Division Arms for your firearm.
