Division Arms Consignment Information:

Division Arms does take in consignable firearms. Firearms must go through an inspection process here in-store before being put out on display. Consignment is for 60-days, after 60-days if the firearm does not sell there will be a $35 nonrefundable fee for inspection, processing and cleaning the firearm. If the firearm does sell, we take 20% off top, if the purchaser pays with a credit card there is an additional 3% fee in addition to the 20% fee. We must also collect tax on the item. Tax is not factored into the selling price as a whole. After the 60 days we will access a $1 fee for storage until the firearm is picked up and a 4473 is filled out to regain possession of your firearm.
